Beautiful product Got it delivered ahead of schedule Minor opportunities Customer service was good at answering my questions but could be reduced from 72 hr response to 24hr Website ordering Checkout was a bit awkward as it showed me 2 different prices at different times I ended up getting charged the higher one but given the end product it was still worth it

The whole experience was great The watch came and looked even better than I imagine The volume and sound of the hourly chime was a little more quiet than I thought since I do own a few minute repeaters the volume are only on par at most with vintage repeaters made 30 years ago Just my 2 cents
