From the perspective of a landlord Citywohnen we found arrogant and condescending When they first started out 2005 all was good a small outfit and very willing but as they gained popularity so did they gain in arrogance I have a super located flat with no problem renting out pet friendly 75 sqm 2 min to the main station 1 minute to the lake Don t need them but thought to give them a review

The staff were very nice and helpful in my case that was Miss Franke always there I still prefer that you work more on the apartment seeing part You told me some owners do not allow this However how can one judge an apartment without seeing it And please don t tell me the online pictures are enough They re not And some apartments I was interested in were lost from me because of this

The experts at City-Wohnen were very responsive to my enquiries I got fast and clear answers You really feel the professional service they provide I also appreciate getting the service in English and even having the contract in English The apartment was exactly as they described in their website During the apartment hand-over the experts work very professionally take a picture of the whole apartment and provide a hand-over report to avoid any future problems The quality location and cleanliness of the apartment is also a plus I thank so much for their services
