When I tried to purchase my country wasn t on the drop down list I notified them No reply Notified them again and they then said because I had notified them twice I was now at the back of the queue Some sort of punishment it appears for letting them know that I wanted to pay them but couldn t Anyway paid and then it didn t work Needless to say they stopped responding

DO NOT spend money on these fake products Bought Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 thinking this was genuine software overstock or unused corporate licence keys After 3 months I had to change laptop and the product CANNOT be transferred to another laptop as all Microsoft products can be They cannot be genuine Microsoft products and cannot be used with normal Microsoft support The software was unusable after 3 months and I contacted CJS CD Keys - their reply made it clear that they did not care in the slightest They had taken my money and that was that

Purchased a PlayStation 12 month subscription Had to wait two days to receive a link to a website to supposedly download the code which never worked I contacted them to let them know about the problem which took days for them to reply The ridiculous amount of time these scammers took to sort this out for me was not acceptable They then tried to give me store credit for something I had never received I don t know how they d got the cheek to offer me store credit and say it s a good will gesture and then tell me I can t get the store credit until they ve resold the key which could take months It s absolutely laughable I had to get my money back from PayPal which I did immediately Then surprise surprise this scum bag company told PayPal i had the key code and used it Luckily PayPal didn t believe them This company are literally the worst online shopping experience I have ever had to deal with Avoid at all costs

I had a bad experience with them they did not send the code for 2 days and now they asked me for 2 identification documents WTF I am not trying to apply for a visa just wanted to buy a video game Opened a dispute in PayPal

SCAMMERS Don t buy from them AI generated responds that takes weeks The key i both was allready activated Steam confirmed it It was activated at 9AM CEST and i both and payed for key at 4PM CEST They claim because key was activated the same day i am trying to scam them AVOID in big circle report them and block them Happened 2 times first time after 47 days they refound me PARTIALY IN STORE CREDIT I was stupid enough to use that credit to try one more time

Terrible serviceOrdered a 12 month subscription for playstation I got an email telling me to login as a random email account bypass 2 factor authentication use the code as the random login then share access When i have asked for a cancellation and refund I got one email back every 12 hours saying to send a screen shot which I have already done They are just delaying and delaying Customer service is terrible and the process for a code sounds very dodgy Wouldn t use

Ordered a key for Microsoft 365 only to find out of stock when went to download key Was told would be 12hrs before back in stock not the case Contacted them to ask when back in stock they didn t know and offered refund or wait I asked for refund and that was when they stopped communicating with me They have not responded since and I ve tried asking for refund on main page Says processing and then goes back to request refund Cannot get answer from them and can t get money back Don t waste your time with them

Rubbish and a possible scam I posted a 1 star review on 4th December 2024 becuase it wasn t clear what I purchased was correct So yes a load of rubbish and possible scams They said I would get a refund but not got it I ve included the timeline below 8th December 2024 Dave B Tier 2 support CJS CD Keys Support said I can confirm that we have now completed a refund for you back to your original payment method It may take up to 4 working days to appear on your payment card bank statement but should be instant for Paypal or Skrill Balance Again Addy please accept our deepest apologies for any inconvenience caused We are confident that should you decide to buy from us again you will experience our usual smooth and instant service 23rd December 2024 I emailed back saying I have not received my refund Your last message from the 8th December 2024 states the refund may take up to 4 working days to appear on your payment card bank statement but should be instant for Paypal My payment was via Paypal It has been 10 working days and no refund 3rd January 2025 CJD Keys without reading any of the above from their very own organisation replied to my 1 star review You purchased a product described as an account this is what you received Our support staff have explained this to you and appreciated that you made an error when you made your purchase You made a statement that most of the 5 star reviews are AI generated although a completely false statement it would be interesting for us to know why you would think this was even remotely true - Evidently they say one thing but do or don t do another Rubbish
