Terrible hopeless staff and useless after sales service

Absolutely terrible experience with this company and it s still going on I bought a CD Key for my grandson s Christmas present that needed to be channeled through a VPN My son who is very computer-literate and has used this method before tried and it failed several times Despite numerous correspondences with the company most of which are computer generated and obviously not read by a human being I am still waiting for a refund and have sent them the same screenshots several times but NOBODY reads the previous correspondence and it all starts going round in a circle again AVOID this company at all costs - it is a huge scam and the staff either unhelpful or useless Don t waste your money with them

Sold me a used code then tried to deny

Sold me a used code then tried to deny it had been used suggesting I input the code incorrectly This is despite telling them the error code stated code already redeemed and accompanied screenshot I was then ignored for over a month in which time I informed them I d be seeking a refund from PayPal I was then contacted by them asking for further proof which I provided including an email from Microsoft themselves stating the product was not in any of my accounts and the code had actually been redeemed prior to my purchase This still is apparently not evidence enough for them Please don t waste your time and money on these people as you ll be left frustrated in the event of anything going wrong
