Bought a pair of shoes and boots today from Clarks and received excellent service from Jen at the Bolton Middlebrook store

Welcoming staff

Seen to quickly with a friendly lady named Zoe got the sizes I needed from the stock room I tried them on with a pop sock offered by Zoe got the pair and size I requested and paid Very pleased with the service

delivery issue helped by good customer service

had a slight issue with a delivery address which got sorted very quickly via a very polite lady The real thing here is the quality of the product - Clarks make sturdy reliable well-made shoes and boots

I visited andover branch to collect my parcel and was greeted with smile I tried my shoes and wanted to return Bethan helped me to return my parcel back and helped me to choose the right pair of shoes Service was excellent Thank you Bethan

Lovely boots and they arrived just in time for the snow Super comfy boot I was a bit worried they wouldn t fit my flippers But they are brilliant Would highly recommend these boots to wide footed people
