Oh CFM you ve done me such a favour in driving me away what with the constant repetition incessant ads and Dan shouty Walker first thing in the morning there s nothing restful in listening to you anymore I ve discovered Radio 3 - so much glorious and diverse music and presenters such as Petroc Trelawney who really know their stuff Peace reigns once more in our household

Bring Tim Back Agree with the previous review Dan Walker has made me turn away from CFM - after many years of listening to the station I detest his ego-driven presenting style and find it outrageous that there s publicity for his show throughout the weekend and afternoon shows - the home of Dan Walker s breakfast show become DW s dog walker etc etc They re trying to attract a new audience but will drive away their current listeners CFM needs to review urgently

I used to listen to Classic FM all the time until it became Tory FM Like all authoritarian government mouthpieces left or right they pump out national music Can you please stop playing the following over and over Spitfire Prelude Dambusters March Pomp and Circumstance Land of Hope and Glory Jerusalem Enigma Variations 366 Squadron theme from the Big Country And please get the crawler Alan Titchmarsh his knighthood and then dump him

I m afraid my former favourite radio station is on an inexorable slide to a self-inflicted nadir Dan Walker Really He s about as convincing as a giraffe with dark glasses attempting to enter a polar bears only golf club Totally not suited Granted Tim Lihoreau was always going to be nigh on impossible to follow but Dan Walker He sounds like a second hand car salesman No polish finesse or informed articulation He d be more at home on Heat Radio or such like Please beg convince Tim to return to his usual slot one I ve been privileged to enjoy for 12 years

I used to like classic FM but no more You can no longer listen on DAB as they have changed to DAB It s no good whatsoever for them to say you can listen on FM because that medium has appalling reception So if you haven t got DAB you can clear off Shoddy treatment of loyal viewers

I stopped listening to Classic FM in the mornings because of Dan Walkers d Alexander Armstrong I do switch on in the afternoon but now have to listen to Alexander Armstrong advertising for Air B B and a pompous add it is too

I understand Tim L needed to hand over his morning slot but to Dan Walker Have gone to Radio 3 as a result DW is dreadful and ill suited to classic fm and as for Xander Armstrong -a screech show of vocal gymnastics It s about the music not the presenter and a bit of knowledge of the classics would help Vaughan Williams drivel tends to dominate as shows descend into pop dross

Why do we constantly have to listen to the same pieces of music time and time again Swan Lake Jupiter from the Planets The Nutcracker They have ruined these great pieces of music I love classical music and will now listen to Radio 3 where there is much more variety
