then a disk fails Your sphincter loosens and a trailer load of work looks like it s lost That s how it went for me on an external WD 4TB A bit of research led me to Disk Drill I wasn t sure if I needed the App Store version or the website download so contacted customer services and they were great Got the mac app and after a few clicks the work started copying over to my replacement disk Unbelievably easy and a huge relief And the real genius is that Disk Drill retains the folder structure and file names Something as far as I could work out doesn t happen with alternatives If you need your data and life saving Disk Drill is what you need

I love the experience I ve had with Disk Drill Pro since purchasing the Lifetime PRO Upgrade back in 2016 Every upgrade since then has been free for me with this license And the product just keeps getting better Awhile back it was the only product in my arsenal that was able to successfully restore some files I d lost on a crashed Time Machine volume This is one of those utilities you may only occasionally need but having it on hand when you DO require such a tool makes the investment more than worth the cost With the latest major version upgrade all I needed to do was reach out and the upgraded license appeared in my inbox just a short while later Thanks Disk Drill

I had my upgrade for the PRO version based on version 3 Unfortunately after reinstalling with the base version 4 my upgrade code no longer worked The DiskDrill team helped me quickly and without complications Now I can use Disk Drill again as usual Great service

I can t recommend Disk Drill highly enough you can download the free version and verify that your file can be recovered then just a 1 time fee for unlimited use Amazing I don t have to use Disk Drill often about once a year but every time I have used it over the years it has saved the files I needed It has saved corrupted files it has saved deleted files I don t know how but it is like magic Seriously an amazing software and great company Customer service has always been timely friendly and helpful

Best recovery tool ever

I was lost after losing 44GB full of past memories of my family and was lucky enough to find this magical piece of software that saved my day I was able to recover my permanently deleted PhotoLibrary file as it was and all images and videos were recovered It took under 10 mins to recover all 45GB of data from my external hard drive which was permanently deleted accidentally The customer support agent Showed as Mit was very generous extremely helpful supportive and informative during the chat Thank you Loads to the tool also the person who assisted me
