Best Coach Community

I m 2 weeks into the program and the impact on me has been huge Thanks to my coach Reagan I m getting better as a setter and closer His experience in remote sales combined with his ability to understand my current situation and my goals makes him the perfect coach for me Based on my experience in Investment Banking and coming from an Ivy League School Reagan put me on an extra fast track which means soon going to land my gig Also love the community and getting to know other students and training every day with them on mock calls

Last week s interview prep training was definitely well-needed to attend I have learned many pointers on making an excellent 1-minute video These include -Be yourself have a good story-Dont minimize yourself-Talk about metrics-Tell stories experiences that show your skills don t just state them If you haven t hopped on an Interview prep training or replay do it now It s going to be worth your while

After getting into the pipeline I finally accepted my dream offer to where I help barbers scale their business into making 10-20k a month Shout out to my coach Matt Gross and to everyone who has ever been on a call with me and helping me get better This is just the beginning and words can describe how excited I am especially after taking a 2 month break do to personal reasons and wondering when will this ever work out for me but in the end it did and it was well worth it To everyone dont give up its 100 possible no matter what you think Just stay on your grind and be positive and once again thank you

Big win

Big win Got into the pipeline last week and accepted a role today Can t wait for what the future holds It started with some interest from an email Took a chance and bet on myself I ve stayed up late after working two jobs and having two kids to take mock calls watch videos and continue investing in myself I ve prayed for opportunities and have put my faith in God I have been supported by a wonderful wife who is there to encourage me along the way too My coach Mitch has been amazing He s always there to help give advice constructive criticism and pat you on the back when you ve hit your goals The nights spent mocking with people who have the same aspirations as me has been a blast I ve truly enjoyed getting to learn from others and continue to better myself Thank you to everyone who has given constructive feedback and helped me along the way Going to give my all to try and hit my goals I have a food truck I m wanting to open So if you are doubting struggling questioning if you can do this the answer is YES NO EXCUSES If you ever need anything someone to talk to or advise I m here to help however I can for whatever that s worth This community is like a family and everyone is great about helping

Amazing Experience

I have read many comments on people talking poorly about RCA Now I understand that you won t always have positive interactions with all clients or businesses But I have to say that RCA has been the best investment I ve made Seriously World class information I have seen people talk about how you can get all this info for free on YouTube I mean maybe lol but I ve been there how do you know what information is the best applicable Real question is how quickly do you want to improve I came in and worked so freaking hard to learn everything and these results are paying off with amazing offers with amazing businesses Don t let skepticism keep you from becoming great Wishing you all good luck

Update win

So it s been awhile and alot has happened I was accepted to the pipeline back in early October a few months after starting and alot longer then expected It took some time to actually get offers but eventually I was able to interview for a few different offers two of which i was very interested in because they speak to my passions I was able to crush both group interviews One of the interviews I was in my opinion the least qualified for but still managed to get the second one on one I was told that one of my responses really stood out to them and spoke alot about my Character so yes be your self and it CAN make a difference On the other group interview the setting was a little more relaxed and there were less people on the call I scored the second interview and REALLY loved the opportunity The offer was in a field was have a ton of experience and the owner and I both agreed that it was gonna be a great fit for his team By the end of our talk he said it was my job if I wanted it So I m pleased to announce that I accepted an offer as a setter with the potential to close offers as well My experience with RCA has been different then many I m extremely busy and finding time is HARD In the end that s absolutely ok Do it the right way Learn practice and be confident Eventually the opportunity WILL come and the work will pay off This can all this be done in a few weeks sure but it can also take a few months as well Regardless of your situation it s better to good and confident so you know that you will be successful rather then just hoping Thanks to my coach Matt Gross for all the patience in dealing with me It was difficult at times but we got alot done Also thank you to all the others who helped with mock calls Alot of you have gotten your wins already and alot more will soon get yours too This is just the beginning MORE to come

10 weeks in RCA

After almost 10 weeks in RCA 4 days of self sourcing and 75 reach outs I just accepted a closer position On Saturday I hoped on a call with the CEO of a fitness business and he convinced me to try to a closer position I was not looking to be a closer but this just fell in my lap and I had to jump on the opportunity Today is my onboarding call and I will start tomorrow or Wednesday I had originally planned to do 1k reach outs to secure a job on October but it took me 75 To everyone that is starting to self source is about to just know that it is easier than you think
