Its not a purchase its an ONGOING investment

I thought that landing a job as a setter with a promising company in the fitness niche with potential for a decent commission was the top of the ladder for me at least in the near future The same setter-agency that hired me and placed me with my first client has now given me an opportunity that wasn t even on my bucket list or something I considered When I interviewed with them to become a setter my mind was focused on landing a decent commission and just gaining skills and experience I was told by so many I needed to develop -- providing people with a way to develop personally or professionally Less than two weeks later wow did things change for me I am now heading up their talent acquisition team My current job is to vet interview and place prospects prospective setters into our training course with a guaranteed job position with our clients B2C B2B businesses that contract with the agency for trained and qualified setters within 14-30 days On top of that I am also still taking calls for some of our clients How crazy is that I was an applicant just two weeks ago and now I m the guy people are looking to for a job The sense of fulfillment from the work I m doing feels amazing The ability to help others achieve their goals find a job and develop is something I ve always wanted The agency is doing a huge scale up in operations and I m at the front leading it We have plans to start training and hiring closers for our clients within the first quarter of 23 Things are looking great SO here are some LESSONS LEARNED 1 Believe in yourself - confidence is key When I first started I was soooo nervous I was anxious When it came time for my pipeline interview I didn t even care if I was placed Have confidence in yourself confidence in your training and your potential If you aren t offered a gig keep looking keep your head up 2 Don t settle - Landing a job as a setter is awesome But don t stop or settle down If you know you re ready for more capable of more Show your worth and look for opportunities for growth 3 Value not time - Some of you might already know and believe this truly in your hearts but You get paid for the value you provide to a company not your time If you are dedicated and you re a high performer you can literally take the job of the guy and gal that hired you and more 4 Self-sourcing works - I know how difficult or annoying it seems Its tedious work reaching out and finding offers that are legit and then going through a gazillion interviews Trust me it works Look for opportunities to better yourself and your knowledge I found my current position by looking for more training and a different perspective on the remote high ticket sales industry Now I have a dream job 5 HT remote sales is bigger than RCA - Get out there and make connections The pipeline is great the community is great but it isn t the entire industry and doesn t give you all of the tools to be successful Build those connections reach out to business owners not looking for a job but ask what they do Its who you know not what you know sometimes 6 Don t jump at the first offer - Take a deep breath relax Is it something you really want Yeah you re down 8800USD but is that worth just jumping into something you don t truly want to be apart of 7 This is your training and its YOUR money If you aren t getting what you want out of this course tell someone Don t suffer in silence If you aren t getting what you were promised say something If your coach isn t getting down with you on a personal level and doesnt seem invested in you there s an issue Speak up If your coach suggests something understand that they have a lot of experience but also that you are not them you re you If you think you should focus on a different part of the course or a different skill If you have an idea Run it by them bring it up suggest it This wasn t a purchase It is an ONGOING investment Control where your money goes every step of the way If anyone would like to chat more or is seeking advice please do Hit my inbox and or reply I ll get back to you Keep killing it guys Big thanks to Cole RCA Imad and everyone else that has helped through my journey

RCA Review

I feel the textbook and group part of RCA is good But if I had know I would not get the intimate help originally offered I would have never spent the money I am by no means saying this is not worth it I am saying I only bought it because there was help It was the special aspect of it that I was looking forward too I went almost two weeks without a coach and when I did have a coach they did not seem very invested in me as an individual or committed to me and my success personally Then to pour gas on the fire they offer the assentation program promising to have me a job in two weeks similar to what I was promised with this program So overall I am happy with the training aspect of this but not so much the rest And in regards to my current coach as of right now I would have to say I m not very impressed

Rough Start But Feeling Hopeful

I spoke with Chris a sales agent who was awful When I gave resistance and explained to him that I have been a closer all my life and managed 100 s of sales agents in call centers he insulted me because I m currently in between jobs then abruptly ended the call To the credit of the company I was introduced to some higher-ups after I complained and they were very professional and are making it up to me Going through the enrolment process now and hoping to change this to a 5-star review soon

Good so far

Overall the experience has been a positive I m a little over a month into the program and the training has been structured and thorough Jet my coach seems to have my best interests in mind and is easy to talk to I was super nervous about starting mocking calls but after a few reps I became a lot more comfortable All of my mock call partners have been really friendly and have offered good feedback I just had my pipeline interview and look forward to seeing what that process is like It seems like if you put the work in your coaches will notice and go to bat for you in the recruiting process Only reason for 3 stars is that I feel a little off being asked to write a review prior to completing the training in full I get that online rating sites like this help establish a company s reputation but as a general rule I don t like ratings things before I see the whole product However I will certainly update the review to a higher rating in the future if the rest of the training and support is as helpful as it has been for this first month

My experience in the past 3 months in RCA

It s crazy how fast 3 months have gone by My review is as detailed as possible so that you could have clear expectations going into RCA s training I will start from the best to the worst 1 Community 12 10 It was better than I first expected I didn t know I d meet so many great people in a short period of time Everyone is fighting for their future and is taking steps to make things happen I found everyone to be supportive which helped with practicing and getting better at sales 2 Multiple opportunities to jump on setter or closer training with multiple coaches 10 10 Coaches really know what they re talking about They added tremendous value to me The coaches that added the most value were Imad Matt Tyler Meredith Jet Ben and Tyie Other coaches are great as well The only small downside is that there are too many people that join the training so on average there are only a couple minutes per person to get their calls reviewed There s still a lot to learn nevertheless from each session 3 Prerecorded Cole Gordon training videos 9 10 Some of the videos were outdated and few of them had poor audio quality There s great value in all of them Some I watched 3-5 times because there were so many great nuggets that I didn t want to miss 4 Assigned coach for 1 on 1 3 10 The calls were too short to cover what s done and what s needed next It s only 20 minute sessions 15 when I first started I expected much more but I guess I had the wrong idea about what those meetings would be about I thought it would be more mentorship type where I d have a guide to help me go through a customized plan to succeed All I got was a cookie cutter type of basic homework and check-in It s useful but not what I needed It s great if you need an accountability buddy but I got nothing more than that 5 Communication with coaches not during live calls 4 10 Responses are slow if you will get any at all When you do get their time though they are super helpful 6 Pipeline 3 10 so far Cole Gordon set the expectation early in the training that we shouldn t rely on getting many offers from the pipeline and it is important to self-source What I also understood from that training was that when we do get a pipeline offer it is vetted and you re almost guaranteed to do well if you have the skillset already developed That was not the case for me The setter position I received was not at all what I expected In general the owner of the company was amazing the offer was awesome but the reality of setting for them was far from perfect I got access to the 7 FSA trainings additional training from Cole Gordon dedicated to the businesses in the pipeline and in one of the training Cole defined what a great opportunity for a setter looks like I realized that the company I got offered through the pipeline itself had none of the characteristics he mentioned of a great offer He said a great company would have 600-800 opt-ins per month PER SETTER My offer barely hit 100 per month They didn t have enough leads for me so I spent most of my time calling outbound to people that have been in their database for the past year some leads I called 10 times already THe KPI was set based on hope and not the actual number The top reps were barely hitting KPI themselves for the past few months even with all the high-quality inbound leads they got The others and I who were new all needed to do outbound with low-quality leads In the 6 weeks that I was part of the company nothing changed so I decided to leave and start looking for something else I understood this wasn t just a downtime for them because I could see all the stats in the past few months They had just enough leads for 2 setters to hit KPI 500 opt-ins per setter When they added 4 more setters there was just not enough 7 Results 2 10 I have done 150 mock practice calls in total as a setter and a closer but I don t have any tangible results as of today My skill has improved 100 but I have not made any money yet I got my first setter position after 6 weeks then I spent 6 weeks on an offer that was not good It s been 1 week since I quit and have been back to training regularly So after 13 weeks 3 months of starting RCA I don t have any fruits yet
