This company is my ticket to financial freedom I want to thank Adam who was super understanding about my financial situation He listen to me and understood that I was waiting on my check to clear in order to pay for my start up Adam also related to me when it came to the financial situation He had help from other closer that gave him a few extra days to get the money together to pay for his lessons So it meant the world to me that he was able to do the same Thanks Adam

Accountability Win I saw coach Sophie post a month ago Christmas is coming up and the year is almost over I told my self I would land a role through the pipeline before Christmas I took MASIVE action attended our Skool meetings self sourced landed a gig working 10 hrs a shift after my shift I would go back to RCA and get more work done I passed the pipeline Friday and got 2 offers that same day What I didn t do all year I did it all in 3 weeks it all comes down to discipline how hungry you are to succeed A HUGE shoutout to the best coach Sophie Short for pushing me to hit my best potential and my interviewer Kristen Voelker such a sweet and positive soul

I closed 4 deals in my first week as a closer You can too This post goes out to all the coaches that give wholehearted detailed advice and feedback every single time This also goes out to everyone who is going through the program and hasn t landed a gig yet Trust the process practice and KEEP DOING THE WORK On my first week with a full volume of live calls I closed 4 deals The offer is 4 800 and I get 15 commission so I made 2 880 in my first week That means at this pace I will be making around 11K this month what I ve never made that much money in my life this is my first high ticket sales job ever But seriously I m just posting this for motivation and not bragging because the reason I was able to close deals is because I ve trusted the sales process we ve been taught I ve put in the work of mock calls call reviews and applied the feedback my coaches and boss give me and suprise It feels like magic but it s really not I feel like the biggest theme since starting RCA is to Push through the hard days and be persistent cuz the easy days come as a result If this post helps anyone who s feeling a little lost or unmotivated or simply needs an extra boost I ve done my job Thank you thank you thank you RCA and all the mock call partners that have made this a reality Best investment I ve made in my life

From Corporate 9-5 to Remote Closing

I joined RCA in mid October and just landed my first SDR setter gig 7 weeks later I am coming from a corporate 9-5 environment where I felt like I wanted and deserved more both personal growth wise and monetarily I am taking a slight paycut in my first gig but I see it as short term pain for long term gain My goal is to surpass my previous monthly income within 6 months and then continue to set new goals and exceed them Really excited to take off in the remote closing space and never look back
