Newest merge ruined EVERYTHING
I have been utilizing cloudbounce for about 4-5 months now and couldnt have had a better experience with what i needed done it was simple straight forward and game me everything i needed since i was new to mastering But earlier this week i was trying to access my desktop app and was in a loading loop i did my usual IT checks to see why it wasnt working Come to find out it wasnt a ME problem I tried loging into my CB account only to find out that i no longer had an account AT ALL I contacted customer support and told me all was fixed and that i could login and merge my account Strange that i didnt know there was a merge happening Yet again i tried to merge my account UNKNOWN ERROR and still DID NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT I am still waiting for customer service to respond so i can get a refund and get on with a different mastering service Because this company has lost my trust they are incompetent and lack communication Why fix something if it isnt broken They shot themselves in the foot

Deceptive Not Free Worst Sound Remastering
Deceptive avoid at all cost bait and hook your free upload is not free you have to pay Remastering worst I ever heard the original sounds better than the remaster SCAMERS

Awful Regret is all that I feel
Awful customer support wait for days for a response only to be fobbed off and I have waited literally 8hrs for the stupid mastering AI to even finish a demo of my track Useless and i regret enormously switching from Landr

You get what you pay for
Got the service on special and things were fine for the first day or two but later in the week the site would have problems uploading tracks and I would get a message stating that it was others before me in the queue which would persist for days The next issue was the inability to edit publish delete a particular track I contacted support but no response for a couple of days and after I reached out again they responded saying that they would have to research--almost 2 weeks and still no follow-up In a nutshell you get what you pay for If you really want need this kind of service then shop elsewhere This is not the one you want to go with

Horrible wait times to process a file Customer service wait times are sometimes days Some weekends their site is completely down Seems like CloudBounce might be a grab your money and OH WELL type of company since they have not resolved any of the issues

Terrible terrible customer support
Terrible terrible customer support It s been a month that I try to get a reply They ignore all their customers The worst part is that they have an integrated chat on their website and you see that they are available to reply and they still don t It also takes HOURS to master AND it doesn t support mastering an audio over 60 min It ends up crashing WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THEIR SERVICES LANDR ALL THE WAY

Get a good lawyer if you get this service
I tried the free trial and found I did not like the results I was personally getting from the desktop app so I immediately cancelled the next day which was still days before the trial ended I still got charged with the subscription and customer service stated I had cancelled after being charged for the subscription after showing proof I cancelled before They are thieves and I advise anyone to stay away

Horrible experience
Horrible experience The Cloudbounce desktop app was very lagging slow and seemed like it had some kind of bug I raised a support ticket but they were no help even when I sent them a screencast of the problem Then when I tried to access the online version I couldn t login even though I d purchased the desktop web subscription I contacted Cloudbounce support and got the run around by what can only be described as the worst customer service I ve ever experienced The quality of the mastering is average the technology and customer service have made it a very unpleasant experience The genre presets are basically a waste of time with practically no discernible difference I ll be cancelling ASAP I don t recommend Cloudbounce Such as shame that the final stage of my music production process which should have been fun has been tarnished by this joke of a company

Terrible customer service Scam
Terrible customer service Charged after canceling my account I have not had access to my tracks and my plan has said Free yet customer service claims you have to send a message to deactivate account and not get charged Super shady scammers When I login it literally says that I cannot view my tracks because I need to activate my account Customer service claims I was charged because it is not deactivated Never use this service Avoid the headache

The Desktop mini app only supports 16 bit
The Desktop mini app only supports 16 bit output Customer support wasted my time telling me to re-install etc only to finally get info that the desktop APP supports only 16 bit output On their page they advertise for the desktop app as having all mastering options and several output formats both which are incorrect you can only output 16 bit WAV which most record companies would not accept and WAV and MP3 are the only types of formats supported If you are looking for AI mastering software for professional work avoid this by all means
