They don t say that your account will be blocked at first You add your files then suddenly they block it and you can t even download your assets until paying 100 dollars monlty costs Not any platform betrayed me like them

They will shut down your account if you
They will shut down your account if you go over your quota by 0 01 instead of charging overages like everyone they will send you nasty emails threatening to shut you down even if you ve been a paying customer for years and pay them hundreds of dollars a month What an absolute joke of a company I would avoid them like the plague if you can and find a reasonable pay as you go service Their business model is toxic and their support is abysmal I wish I had never signed up for Cloudinary it was a huge mistake but will be moving on as soon as feasible
