Mary Al-Hakeem I am waiting for my orders one big problem I ordered 2 pair of sneakers one in yellow an another in Black with red purple l was charged for an extra 2yellow an charged for the black but does not show that i ordered the black pair When I checked my account I see that I was charged for 3 pairs an should be 2 pairs You have nice things This is not the first time my last order I was charged for item I never ordered

Where is my order Ordered approx a month ago and paid for but still not received not received information or kept up to date regarding delivery of goods Not a very happy personNow got a reply and very grateful for quick reply and assistance with this matter it would help in future if emails are sent to inform of shipping etc on a regular basis if possible

Ordered 3 items on 17 10 2019 arrived after nearly a month I tried to contact numerous times on messenger and just got automated responses Items arrived nothing like description poor quality and really small fitting Emailed to return told to send pictures of label if sizing wrong no labels Still trying to get information to return and receive refund With regard to the below reply I have now received a refund so thank you

The order numbers are 6167105 and 6166355 Cloudmall Help eight four five 521 seven two four fiveI placed an order on 16 02 2021 of I placed an order on 16 02 2021 of items over 87 dollars The second order was placed few minutes after the first order there is no tracking system in the app and there is no way to contact the customer care from the app I have emailed them but to no avail i went on line i contacted the Cloudmall and i got my penny back wouldn t recommend them to anyone I no I will never order from them again

I wasn t expecting anything good from reading the reviews But I have to say the dress and trainers I ordered arrived today Look exactly like the pictures took about 2 weeks to arrive Which is about what they said Only thing I will say is the trainers are a size 6 but more if a 5 So order a size up in footwear Will be ordering again
