I bought multiple dresses almost 200 spent for my wedding dresses and I still have not recieved my dresses Its been almost 2 months They haven t emailed me back about my refund Nothing No communication at all Im currently getting a lawyer involved because this company is terrible Don t buy from them if you like your money

They said they will give me a refund but still haven t My order has taken over 5 months and it s still not come They have recently emailed me and said they will give me my month back This was last month 17th September It s not mid October and a refund should have been processed in 7-14 days I have emailed them twice after this but still no reply

My god how are you still in business after several years if this is how you treat your customers I can have a refund if my item hasn t turned up after 3 months Hahahah what a joke of an outfit never again will I order from here and neither should anyone else

It was a bad experience ever I bought a party dress when I recieved is it was different from what it shows in the description It is too bad quality long and doesn t fit me bad assistance as well I sent many emails they just ignored my emails I wouldn t advice customers to shop from cloudmall website I am wondering why you replied after my review here that you will help me yet I didn t get any help I still advice customers not to buy from this website it is bad ever

unfortunately i have placed my order before i start reading about people comment this is really bad hope my order get deliver My order number is 7879383 Please the company should make sure this order get to deliver before 12 of May Based on what i have read on this platform i won t recommend this website to anyone

Gotta be a scam

I placed an order a month ago and the website is still saying awaiting shipment There s no way of getting ahold of anyone to give me any information So much for customer service I d like to know if my getting my shoes or not Note The website has now been taken down 6-2-21 No one is responding to any emails Unreal to steal money from honest hardworking people

Good luck everyone To get your money back from these people you re going to have to get forceful I sent 2 emails a day demanding either an immediate refund or a tracking number or you will report them Two a day and 2 through Messenger I have currently received all but 7 dollars
