Top Notch Service

Thank you Coach America for helping me last minute when a company cancelled Dylan and his team were diligent and quick in helping us when we thought our event was completely ruined I will be a Coach America customer for years to come

Coach America is an amazing bus

Coach America is an amazing bus company They picked up our law firm from Bay Ridge Brooklyn to Barclays Center and back They came on time they were professional and the firm could not be any happier

They are accommodating communicate well and I appreciate all the communication that made our trip possible I ve already booked 2 more trips this month and any of my business going forward will be with Steve He answers the phone when I call and responds to emails quickly Amazing customer service

Steve is awesome

Steve is awesome he was able to make out original pick up from from 11pm go to 8 pm Once all marines were accounted for and no delays were made in the airport He was able to get a bus available at 4 pm The experience was amazing and would definitely recommend this service

BEST bus trip EVER

We had the BEST experience with our school sophomore trip A week long trip in Northern CA The bus was exceptionally nice clean and had plugs everything our teen students need Our driver Jose was by far the best we will def be requesting him and using Coach America again

Hands Down the BEST Coach Bus Company I have ever worked with The Sales Rep responded quickly and was very professional I got an amazing rate and the drive was incredible Great communication and was on time I will definitely be using this company for all my charter bus needs again

Steve supporting the Marines

My company and I have been working with Coach America for the past of days and they have been nothing but patient and willing to work with us In the Marines our timelines continuously change and Steve at Coach America has been nothing less than awesome He has jumped through multiple hoops at all hours of the day and night to help the Marines get where they need to be at various locations across the United States He never complains or says no just that he will figure something out and make it work for when our timelines and movements change last minute I am very thankful for someone to understand and to be as flexible as the Marine Corps is Couldn t ask for better service They definitely go above and beyond
