Excellent service

We recently used Coach America for our Summer Retreat We rented 7 buses for a trip there and a trip back All 7 buses arrived together earlier than I had asked the drivers were great and they all stayed together for the entire 3 hour drive so all of our students arrived safely to camp together

Charter to Cruise Terminal

Our company took a charter to Port Canaveral for a cruise This was our first time using a charter and the trip was excellent I can t say enough great things about our driver Jeremy He was extremely safe very polite and was attentive to all our needs including a couple stops we requested and allowing us ample time at these stops The bus was also top notch very clean and comfortable We will definitely be using you next year and would like to put in a request for this same bus if available and the same driver Jeremy I hope you will pass this along to his supervisor as he should be commended for a job well done Thanks again for all your help Anne Wise

I have been in the tour and travel business for over 40 years and I have worked with hundreds of Motorcoach companies around the country I am very impressed with the high level of customer service from Steve Ropas as well as the quality of the motorcoaches they provide Their drivers and coaches are first class

Good Group of folks We have had the need to use Coach

We have had the need to use Coach America on several occasions They have always been prompt in returning the information we request Straight forward in what they can and cannot cover Above all they have been reliable If it is confirmed they are there timely ready to do the job For us we also find them cost effective which is a big plus Sal is my point of Contact I enjoy working with him to find a solution to our transportation needs

Great company

We did a trip for our school Dylan from Coach America was great very accommodating always reachable He got us a beautiful bus and courteous drivers we had a last minute schedule change and they worked with us to accommodate that as well Great experience

Highly recommend coach America We are a school and selectively use them for all of our trips and program needs for bussing Dylan is a phenomenal point person I love working with him and he always works with us even on short timelines

Little League Takover

From start to finish this company earns 5 stars The quote process was extremely easy and professionally done I dealt with one person through the whole process making it easier to change plans 10 times like we did This was a Little League Bus Trip for 110 people to Fenway Park EVERYTHING was top notch The drivers were extremely friendly and the bus was clean They were very prompt as far as timing and they made it a memorable experience for us We will DEFINITELY be using them next year

We had a very good experience with Coach America Our retirees group used their services for a trip to Disney for a dinner and view the fireworks Our driver was on time for both pickup and drop off Dominick Ricigliano of Coach America worked with me setting upAll the arrangements Dominick is great to work with and all always available for questions

Amazing experience

Amazing experience We went as a school club to the Cherry Blossom Festival in D C and secured the bus a few weeks before the event Dominick Ricigliano was our sales contact and was very kind and helpful regarding the questions we had Also he was great with returning emails and communicating Coach America was also pretty flexible if I had to change something in the itinerary and when the payment was due since we had to take time to collect it from our members Our bus driver Jamal was very funny and a great driver Because of Jamal we were able to have a great time and a safe ride there and back
