Coach America reached out directly to us and has been working with us every step of the way to acquire buses for various events We have thus far been very happy with the accommodations made They have a great turnaround time a clean fleet and good prices James and Dylan are incredibly accommodating and we absolutely will be utilizing them in the future not just for our school sports but will encourage our partner schools across a very large district to do so as well

Steve has been able to provide

Steve has been able to provide transportation for our college this year without any issues He follows up on trips before and after to make sure we re picking up in the correct locations he texts drivers names and cell phones to our staff so they know who is driving and in case there are any last minute changes I highly recommend Steve and appreciate doing business with him

Everything went smoothly Anthony was very responsive from the very first email For a minute I worried when the driver hadn t contact me before the trip but Anthony took care of it right away I talked with our driver Fred before we arrived at the airport and he was right on time We had a school group of 27 traveling from Hartford Airport to Yale and we will definitely use them again

My organization has worked with Chris M at Coach USA multiple times for trips from NJ to DC They have been incredible to work with Always on time flexible and with the cleanest busses We look forward to working with them again

Large group airport transfer

Coach America took care of our large school group and transported them to and from the airport during a very busy holiday They were on time and made it easy to contact the driver We were given driver contact information the night before Coaches were clean and comfortable and Leon made the process easy I would definitely recommend them to other agents

Coach America is a great charter bus company

Coach America is great I used their company to charter a bus for a student choir tour and had such a positive experience Chris Senior Sales Representative was so great to work with to book plan and confirm the details of our tour ahead of the charter On-site the bus driver Mr Terry was also so great to work with and our group had wonderful things to say If you are looking to charter a bus for a school group visiting another city definitely book with Coach America We are looking forward to working with them a couple more times this year too
