After 2 years of daily usage my Baratza grinder micro adjustment ring became loose I called Coffee Hit and spoke to John who diagnose issue over phone I was sent a replacement part that was easily fitted instructions and video online and solved the issue immediately

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service I purchased a Commandate C40 from Coffee Hit after my 1zpresso grinder failed irreparably I forgot to take advantage of their Red Clix add on deal so I contacted Customer Services and John sorted things out for me very quickly the Red Clix arrived less than 24 hours later The Commandate is a fantastic grinder Much smoother than my previous grinder and very easy to maintain Also I can t believe how much of an improvement it s made to the quality of my brews

Recently placed an order for a Fellow Shimmy coffee sifter which was stolen from my doorstep can t imagine the thief was happy when they found out what was inside Customer service from Leigh was incredible super helpful and got a replacement shipped out whilst they liaised with the courier Yodel Great company will always choose them for coffee supplies
