Only heard about Cogs this year so first time using them fantastic company to deal with As an Irish person I like to support Irish businesses where I can and Cogs are a pleasure to order from and answer queries I will definitely be using them again

I ordered toys for my grandchildren for Christmas that got delayed with an post understandable at this time of the year I contacted cogs and the manager rang me I said could I collect myself as I would be in Dublin airport on the Saturday and he went over and above to sort out the toy for me he left them for me in a wearhouse near the airport which was absolutely amazing service fantastic company to deal with especially the manager Killian many thanks and continued success for 2024 Elaine Walsh Pereira cork

Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service Due to my own failure to input my correct address when ordering my order was delivered elsewhere They could not have been more helpful at ensuring my product was delivered to my home immediately in time for my daughter s birthday and were in no way pointing the finger Inspite of the error lying with me I can see why Cogs have 5 star reviews and will be sure to order from them again and recommend to others

Favourite aunt award

I had to buy for 3 yr old x 2 4yr x 2 6 and 8 and what I got couldn t haven been better received Great selection of toys and at really good price points online delivery was next day quick I found the search for an Xyr old function on the website very helpful and when I popped in to the SSG pop up also found everyone to be so good with advice and suggestions For the record our winners were the Sock game the Dino popper Uno and the genius box Fab service and great stock selection This review prompt was for additional poppers bought on 27th that were absolutely necessary for general peace keeping-arrived on 28th and peace restored

Ordered a snap circuits system for my STEM eager 9yo boy since found my 6yo girl loves it too after being recommended by other parents and was delighted Cogs had a large range Ordered online with fast delivery and was impressed at their postal packaging being reused-an environmentally conscience choice Have since ensured that their St Stephens Green store was on the to visit list whenever we find ourselves in the area A beautiful trove of treasures
