Terrible delivery times customer service

I am so disappointed with my experience with this shop Ordered presents for my sons 2nd birthday despite multiple follow ups and being told they would get back to me they never did and the items arrived 2 weeks after ordering despite the website saying 3 days Completely missed my sons birthday and had to buy other presents when I asked to cancel the order and for a refund I got complete radio silence
