Coinloan are in imminent danger of collapse Their customer support is appalling with Sofia being particularly bad They just repeat the same thing over and over and ignore your messages completely The lies I have been told are intolerable They have altered my terms and conditions without agreement and without contacting me first Stay away from Coinloan or lose all your money UPDATE see the pointless reply to my review Coinloan has given below What use is posting important information like this with financial implications to a blog that most customers won t know even exists They failed to even mention it in their weekly newsletter and have still not disclosed it to their customers via email Avoid Coinloan unless you want to lose all your money

Unable to withdraw my funds

Trying to withdraw my funds but apparently now there is 5k day limit starting yesterday Which looks very dark after the Vauld and Celsius stories So if you have 1m with CoinLoan it will take you 200 days to withdraw Every day you ll need to spend time AND money in gas They say they re the last CeFi to limit withdrawals however there is no problems or limits with blockchain com or FTX They declare support for Ukraine on the front page and at the same time leave Ukrainian users without access to their critical funds and that s hypocritical Their support literally replies you re using the war situation No it s you who s using the war situation No CoinLoan for me ever again Update Despite CoinLoan s generic reply to this review there is no understanding for the measures they re taking until all the funds have been released

lost all credibility

I transferred 800 on 21-04-2022 to my CoinLoan account but it hasn t arrived to my account I received the money back in my account only on 10-05-2022 and only 764 In other words Coinloan got 36 for itself They claimed that my bank made transfer by Swift and they only support SEPA Pay close attention I find it unacceptable to take commissions for an alleged mistake For me they lost all credibility

They refused my registration for no reason When asked by email they refuse to give explanations of any kind Is absurd --UPDATEThey went with manual verification but that too was rejected I cannot understand why and they cannot provide it I also proposed to make a video call for recognition but no answer

SEPA withdrawals blocked money stuck

First I got a verification of income check which took forever Then I got blocked from SEPA withdrawals without any explanation so my funds are stuck Coinloan is also not willing to cooperate to have a final SEPA withdrawal to close the matter Their own Terms Conditions state a 500k withdrawal limit but Coinloan chooses to limit users randomly Such a lack of transparency and simply untrustworthy

Be careful Crypto is a risk investment However the CoinLoan makes it much worse Be ready to pay unfair conversion rates liquidation fees yes you can read about them in upfront but they are still not fair The inability of extending the loan time is not optimal either If you are still looking for a crypto loan check for bigger companies with better exchange rates and easier more services

Nice investment except you can t get your money back

They reduced the withdrawal limit to 5000 day in July 2022 They send weekly newsletters and multiple emails per week yet they forgot to notify users about this change The new limit also means that if you d like to withdraw let s say 50 000 it will take 10 withdrawals and you ll pay 10 times the withdrawal fee The blog post announcing the change claims that they are operating normally and customers are their first priority You decide

Used P2P on Bybit CoinClan tried to increase the agreed price by 10 After declining the offer did not return my funds 3000 for 20 days Returned the funds only after opening a case against CoinClan on Bybit
