The platform compliance checks blocks funds for 2 weeks without good reason To all readers of my review you can register your complain with the Estonian authorities Use the google search When should I contact Finantsinspektsioon Making a complaint and register your complain as Trustpilot doesn t allow me sharing the link The support team is useless as they can t help clients regarding any queries During my interaction with the support team they repeat the response 10 times without any valuable feedback Customer service at its worst The support team doesn t know how to formally register a complain with the platforms regulator After finding the information myself the support agent can not confirm the regulating agency He kept on repeating the same sentence that we are a legal entity That is all a customer can get from support service

No assistance with guidance on the how to or the whereabouts of how to get through the process the only helpful thing I ve personally found was the selfishness of the company recieving a review

SCAM ALERT CoinLoan is a scam Last week I opened an account with them and only way to deposit cash is via wire transfer or by ERC20 token I wire transferred 2500 to them When I check my bank statement this week I noticed that CoinLoan wired my money back to me but not the full amount They sent back only 2450 Overall I lost 90 My bank charged me 25 for my outgoing wire to CoinLoan and 15 for the incoming wire from CoinLoan and the 50 that CoinLoan effectively stole from me What is really pathetic is that I received zero notification from CoinLoan about the whole episode Scary part CoinLoan has my Drivers License details as well as my bank account details which I had to enter when I opened my account with them Moral of the story If you are from the US stay away from foreign scam artists like CoinLoan

Be careful small balances catch you and you cannot use them change from crypto to fiat at least 15 dollars send 50 dollars to external wallets and Know transfers from 10 Euros Interests lost especially in crypto because to recover that small amount you must send to the cvoinloan wallet with the consequent transfer expense and it is not profitable

I have been using their services for a year or so but when I last charged money my transfer is still not reflected in their system 10 days have passed I wrote to their sport 4 times but each time they explain that they have a problem with the bank and tell me to wait another week and so on for two weeks I sent them documents for the translation and everything they asked for but still nothing

Extremely poor service had to do verification process many times - am subscribed to tons of other websites in the same area and never had any issues Customer service always gives vague answers they don t really care I recommend using only much safer alternatives with better customer service Several hidden fees also makes it just not worth it - there are several more remunerative options on the market Just no reason to use this

I sent money to coinloan in sepa transfer in euros in fiat to coinloan platform and 7 days later the money was never credit to my coinloan account or returned to my bank account I ve done this many times and never had this problem Their bank is really weird snd having problems at the worst possible time ceypto pumping like crazy and clinloan posting articles about the pump while they hold customers funds I have a serious case of fomo I missed the huge crypto pump that I was planning to trade with as I saw a huge bullish signal last week I ve lost thousands of dollars in unrealized gains because of this company s bank having huge problems The bank won t recieve money or send it back and takes forever to reply I m afraid I will miss the crypto pump as it could take a month to get my money back and buy more crypto again What a joke I m posting this review under an anonymous name

Very slow customer service My funds got blocked and I am awaiting feedback for the reason for 2 days already This is not admissible for me as a client Other service providers respond and resolve such issues much faster

I deposited EUR into my Coinloan Account I was not able to buy BR TC with this EUR as the Crypto Exchange was temporarily unavailable I reported it immediately to the Support Desk I only received a response to say that my message has been received and will be dealt with it is now 8 days later and I still cannot exchange EUR for BTC In the meantime I have had to resubmit my ID picture and pictures of my Visa Card details I am really disappointed with the level of service How can it take 8 days to complete a verification process Please guys - please attend to my problem

Filing for bankruptcy and using investors funds to pay their creditors They claim they are licensed in Europe but I don t understand why EU regulations don t protect investors interests Why is a notice of halting activity by regulators affecting investors withdrawals Why has CoinLoan received a notice of restraint if it is a legit business with EU license and not iself filed for bankruptcy Who is then after CoinLoin and investors assets if not the creditors Who is a custodian of clients assets now
