I ve used this platform since January 2021 mainly to earn passive income with half my portfolio while i trade with the other half I did take out one loan in January 2021 and never had any issues repaying the loan Customer service has been good to me especially Sophia they answered all the questions i had and gave me the detailed answered i required The only hiccup was when i logged in one day and noticed that my interest had been credited to the wrong account it was only one months worth of interest But luckily for me it worked in my favour as BTC had crashed since the ATH so i was able to buy back in cheaper and get more BTC Update But as of today i have noticed a 5k withdrawal limit which has kind of ruined my plans as i had intended on taking out a loan today to be released all in one go But the 5k limit has really messed that up Overall a good platform if you want to earn passive income without the risk of trading
