Nice exchange but fees are so high

Warning you might be careful at this exchange I had 3 Problems with them 1 I have deposit 6x on this exchange 5x no Problem all the same Coin But at the first deposit on 15 04 21 I don t get it on my account The Support hasn t answer till today It was only a small amount at the date it has a worth of 46 Now even if they give me my deposit it will be worth of 17 Think about it when you deposit 1 or 2 Bitcoin and this will happen 2 On their FAQ they write the KYC will take 24h I wait now 3 days On all Exchanges I ve been registered the KYC by the longest took 2h 3 they blocked me on Twitter for this tweet Your support isn t the best Missed my deposit and Support dosnt answer Very bad If you Think about to trade on this Plattform Be careful test it with small amount Because their website is not Bad It look good and Trades are working at me But if you have any problems then your f To Coinsbit Please Top up you Support Trading with Cryptos Time is everything If I lost time then I lost Money And you maybe lost your Costumers because the go to Plattforms where it works

My account has been blocked for more than 2weeks and the support doesn t tell me why I was in a process of withdrawing BTC and they blocked me for some reasons I have to complete the transaction ASAP and also I still have big amount of coins in my account Now I cannot even login to my account I wish they could support me more quickly The 24 7 support reply my email 1out of 10 times Said Dear user good day Your account is being checked by our security service As soon as the checking process is over you ll be able to use your account Please don t worry your funds are safe Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for staying with us I am having a poor experience with them I changed the review from 1star to 2starsThey answered me here and it brings me hope So as they said if they speed up the investigation and unlock my account ASAP I will write a good review for it Please please speed up and if you need contact me directly

I have deposited my plcu wallet balance to coinsbit wallet but it is not showing in coinsbit wallet is it happening because i a have not done kyc verification yet Will it be shown after i do the kyc verification

I decided to sign up with coins but about a month ago or so and this proved to be a very difficult and tedious experience I wanted to buy BNB coin using their exchange and use it for a major trade that I had been waiting to get into Coins but still has not approved my account KYC and I followed up with their support and security team on multiple occasions but they have been little to know help and have been giving me the run around There are much better exchanges out there My funds are still stuck in an unauthorized account till this day

Edit they returned my funds after posting this review STAY AWAY I deposited my money 3 months ago to trade between assets When I tried to withdraw I got a message notifying me that I can t withdraw because I m a US user Why would you accept deposits that you won t return I emailed support and like many other users got a message asking for details to verify my identity I ve emailed over EIGHT TIMES with this information and every time they just stop responding or direct me to technical support I just want to withdraw my money and this is an absolute nightmare I ve never posted a negative review of anything before but that s how frustrated I am This site is a scam stay far away

It s 2 stars just because UI UX it terrible Website looks ugly and like 0 comfortable Do you also employ Indians This constant sir sir sir sir omg so much make me mad The withdrawal time is just crazy you have to wait more than 40 minutes every time Incredibly poor service and quality of the exchange I do not recommend it at all

Try to stay away from COINSBIT Withdrawal requests takes long time Right now I have been waiting 5 days The support is like talking to the man in the moon I also know alot of friends who have the same problem They should have minus star But ok I give them 2 After a while they sorted it out with my frayed nerves
