I ve ordered an aquarium from their website as it was showing as In stock only to be told the next day that they don t have it in stock but could maybe have it in next two weeks if I m happy to wait Reluctantly I agreed Two weeks later after a bit of chasing I was told they won t be able to have it for me so I ve asked for my money back Two days passed and money has not been returned yet If you don t want your money tied up for weeks with them I would recommend not shopping there

TOO MUCH DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

tried to buy 1 external filter priced 314 and they started asking me to send proof of id and proof of address i didnt made any such big purchase that they should ask me these type of documents hence i cancelled the order but i instead of getting my money back in 1 or 2 days i received my money back after a week i will not recommend this company to anyone

Will happily write a review when I receive the correct item however apparently it takes longer to send then it did the incorrect one Would appreciate if it wasn t ripped open and taped together like the incorrect item too Facebook response extremely slow aswell What a great way to ruin a first father s day

The driver left the fish tank at the office at the entrance to the park site He told Graham the park manager the wrong address 12 The Drove not 12 The Lanterns When Graham looked at the address he rang me and told me the parcel was at his office I then had to arrange to get the fish tank from his office to our house We were here all day waiting for the delivery where my husband could have helped carry the tank into the house
