I ve ordered an aquarium from their website as it was showing as In stock only to be told the next day that they don t have it in stock but could maybe have it in next two weeks if I m happy to wait Reluctantly I agreed Two weeks later after a bit of chasing I was told they won t be able to have it for me so I ve asked for my money back Two days passed and money has not been returned yet If you don t want your money tied up for weeks with them I would recommend not shopping there

TOO MUCH DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
tried to buy 1 external filter priced 314 and they started asking me to send proof of id and proof of address i didnt made any such big purchase that they should ask me these type of documents hence i cancelled the order but i instead of getting my money back in 1 or 2 days i received my money back after a week i will not recommend this company to anyone
