Iv been using your site for years and have always been happy u till my recent order one of the plants I ordered came as a pile of mushy mess the roots had turned black and had white moldy stuff on them leaves was n bad shape I can t plant it as it ill kill my fish I had ordered this as a one one a birthday present for someone I contacted the phone number on Friday and left two answer messages to get called back still waiting need a refund

The tank is beautiful
Was not happy with the fishfood I received did not look good quality Even the fish didn t like it would not eat it plus it floated on the surface for a very long time in the end I had to scoop it out Very disappointed with this batch as I ve been getting this brand for years from different suppliers To me it looked like counterfeit

The tank is beautiful but there was a mix up with the delivery company they used it was delivered a day early so no-one was here with me I am disabled so wasn t any help The delivery guy was a star and brought it into my house Just a shame my husband has wasted a days holiday thinking the following day was delivery day I have had apologies from the company who were going to query the delivery company 10 tank 3 for the mess up

Ordered led light system for my fish tank through their website Had an email 24hrs later saying out of stock and item was on order and did i want to continue and wait Replied yes as order due 7 days later The day came and contacted them to be told item not delivered and didcibwant to wait Asked for refund which they promptly did but item was still on website as in stock Total waste of my time Item ordered elsewhere with near enough next day delivery and a fraction more price wise

Disappointing customer service
When I first started using your services I was well impressed with the overall service but I ordered a set of filters for my tank a while ago and when I went to use them they did not fit I have left 3 messages for Lewis to contact and no result so that speaks for itself I did make contact with a lady there and she was helpful but they are still not right

I bought 3 artificial plants for my aquarium 2 3 arrived in excellent condition but the third was damaged some of the leaves had broken off I emailed Complete Aquatics to inform them of the issue They say they aim to respond within 24 hours however that was over a week ago and I haven t heard anything back
