Service and product s are as described Brought a D-D reef tank and it looks great Sadly trying to put it together is nothing but pain I have now decided to no longer keep an aquarium because of it

The item arrived just about in tact
I still haven t received my entire order a week after paying for it despite being thanked for my recent purchase and asked to provide a review Apparently aquaria need to be shipped on pallets despite the fact the one I ordered could fit in the boot of a car My advice to anyone looking to purchase an aquarium would be to contact the shop beforehand and get an understanding of the timescales involved I ordered on a bank holiday weekend but it has now been 5 working days and I still have no idea when my order is likely to arrive I ve been informed that it is in the network and someone will contact me to arrange delivery 5 business days seems like a long time to still be awaiting confirmation that the aquarium is even with a courier let alone to receive the goods The other parts of my ordered arrived in a timely manner but a new approach to delivering aquaria and other large items is a must

Not very impressed by their new website
The item arrived was of good order May I suggest that you don t use royal mail for delivering as the parcel clearly marked fragile was tossed over my garden rear gate Only by a miracle did it not shatter Your service was all good apart from postal workers who clearly don t give a care

I have subscribed to Compete Aquatics for quite a few years and have always had top notch service from them I have always given them a 5 star rating on Trustpilot I have not visited Complete Aquatic s website for a while because I did not need anythingToday I did visit the site in order to place a substantial order and was informed that the website had changed its format etc and that I would have to change my password in order to access my account I don t know why I needed to do this However I clicked the Forgotten password link and completed my email address as I was told submitted it and nothing I have waited about 3 hours for an email link in order to change my password and also submitted 2 more request but still no email has arrived I have a phone number for Complete Aquatics in my directory and when I called it I was no longer able to speak to a live person but was told to either leave a message on Messenger or a voicemail In my opinion being able to actually speak to someone is extremely important as by doing this I can get advice and help when I need it instead of having to email or message and wait for replies

Delivery turned up promptly everything as per order However two items I ordered white plastic fern fell apart immediately I sent a message but totally ignored Not impressed with customer serviceAfter submitting the above I had a call from Complete Aquatics after agreeing that the merchandise was not up to standard they have offered me a full refund and will take the matter up with BiOrb Also the lack of customer support response was because a reply had gone to junk and not been seen So a good result for both parties

Order arrived incomplete Only 1 of 2 items received in large boxNo phone line avaliable I don t write reviews often I do not like to communicate via email I do not appreciate any company that denys this form of communication and it leaves out human interaction Otherwise lets go to Amazon Order was sorted as stated to be sent out but is still extra time delay Would have been quicker just to talk on the phone instead of interupting the day and demanding me to look further at a device

Very slow to deal with and slow postage
Of the three plants received one was damaged I don t blame Complete Aquatics however as the plant was potted and sealed in a blister pack The whole plant came loose inside the blister pack and handling in transit Royal Mail had rendered it into several pieces none of which was recoverable Apart from that Complete Aquatics are still my go to for plants and equipment

The customer service from the company
The customer service from the company is great My problem is the courier that they used to deliver my order They used DPD who do not deliver to a safe place so if like me you work full time having to play Sherlock holmes to locate your order is very frustrating Maybe a different courier that is more flexible
