Everything arrived in one piece

Everything arrived in one piece However having paid a lot extra for a Saturday delivery they attempted to deliver on Friday and then Monday I managed to get it dropped off at the DPD drop off shop in the end but having paid the extra it was a bit disappointing Especially as they never replied to my email

I had an issue with my delivery and somehow my email to the company slipped through the net and went unseen After my initial poor review they actually phoned me to discuss and rectify the issue No trouble recommending Complete aquatics now Nice people to deal with if there is an issue

Great aquarium

Great aquarium Had to chase up for delivery Came with incorrect light unit and when I queried it I was told the light unit has been discontinued This was disappointing as I only ordered from this company as it had a better quality light unit No apology

The service is exceptional

The service is exceptional my order was dispatched and delivered within 24 hours My only comment is the search facility of the website I tend to order the same supplies each time so thought it would be easier to just type into the search line but this does not always retrieve the items required leading me to believe they were out of stock or no longer stocked However I did find the items using dropdowns

Good price and ordering was easy I was disappointed to find out that cut off for the next day offer they had displayed on the website was 12pm and I d missed it so had a panic regarding delivery day as I wasn t going to be in on the day later I presumed it would be the next day as I m used to ordering from Amazon It was slightly Difficult not being able to speak to someone as I prefer to talk to a person however they emails I sent were responded to efficiently and they resolved the issue and I was grateful Overall happy with the service levels

Ordered white received black otherwise good Did offer replacement but I had it set up already so they offered some compensation Very good customer service delivery on time easy to use web site apart from colour being wrong an excellent company to buy from

There was an initial hiccup with the online order which was resolved by Chris via emails and the products arrived quickly and where exactly what I had ordered My only observation is that for me it would have been helpful to speak on the phone But I guess I m a bit old fashioned I would recommend Complete Aquatics

Good website

Good website Plenty to choose from from tropical fish tanks Good price as well There isn t many places to get th filters for Betta filters So was very grateful to find them here So I now know where to come

2nd time Iv ordered a large order from here Easy fast delivery And price matched other sites or a little cheaper Definitely recommend will use again
