I regularly buy my ciano clear water tablets as they are a good price and they deliver very quickly informing me every step It s very easy to order and they deliver choice of products is very good

I ordered an aquarium and had a message from the courier stating that there was a small delay and issue with the pick up point my own fault due to app settings I contacted Complete Aquatics via the contact form and was called back almost immediately From there Chris was brilliant and ensured that the order went smoothly Very impressed with the service and product

They had a good selection of the item I wanted and at a very good price When ordering I had a bit of an issue with their system accepting my address I emailed them and in no time at all got a reply saying the issue had been resolved It was easy then to place my order Items arrived quicker than I expected very well packaged They have a wide selection of items for your aquarium so easy to order all at good prices with great customer serviceHighly recommend

5 easy to purchase quick delivery packaged extremely well Very happy Super service I purchased the same aquarium from a different supplier- it arrived damaged as the packaging was awful and they wouldn t arrange a replacement
