Impressive - highly recommended

Buying anything online can be difficult to trust and turn into a potential nightmare I am very happy to report hat that is not the situation with this company I ordered a new filter and they despatched the item in good time it arrived in good time but due to an issue not of Complete Aquatics making I had to contact them The issue was sorted out without any fuss and very quickly too I have no hesitation in recommending Complete Aquatics to anyone and will be using their portal again in the future Finding an online company you can trust is worth your loyalty and they have mine

What a service Ordered on one day delivered the next Have been trying to get these ciano filters from the garden centre for months This is my second order and will be ordering from them again thank you for your prompt service

The ordering to delivery time was super fast Both tank and cabinet were really well packaged I m still in the process of setting the tank up but the cabinet was easy to construct and is well made Looks really stylish and can t wait to get everything ready to enjoy

Excellent customer service

I ordered a small fish tank for my teenage daughter who s wanting to set up her first Betta tank Unfortunately the tank arrived damaged it was very well wrapped so this definitely wasn t due to negligence from the seller I contacted Complete Aquatics and explained sending a few pics to show the damage etc They immediately offered to send her a new tank which arrived a day later Great customer service Really looking forward to setting her tank up this weekend
