Brilliant longstanding family firm

When I was looking for new wardrobes I tried all the big firms with their astronomical prices Then a couple of friends recommended Complete Fitted bedrooms so I decided to try them as I found the other companies way over my budget I have since been so utterly thrilled by my new fitted wardrobes They make the room look amazing almost like a picture in one of those property magazines I initially dealt with this company just before covid but we persevered and as soon as lockdown was over they came over and fitted it within 2 days There was a problem with some of the shelving but it was no trouble and sorted very quickly I received very personal service Highly recommend this lovely family firm

Friendly quick and high quality

Our experience with complete fitted bedrooms was extremely positive We had a study fitted in our spare room and they were able to create a bespoke design for a unique room The staff invited us to view colours and were patient and helpful when we were trying to match colours Staff went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the design allowing us to buy some of our own fittings and subtracting the costs from our overall fee Fitting was straight forward The carpenter was kind and respectful He turned up on time and was quick to return the next day when we noticed one of the cable holes was missing The price seemed to be inline with other quotes we had received from independent carpenters but the service was much quicker and more reliable than what we had experienced with other local tradesmen who repeatedly let us down Very happy with the results and would be happy to recommend them

Good designs

Good designs quickly turned round into pictures and quotes from first visit I was keen to get work done quickly and was given an earlier cancellation slot Fitters were tidy polite and did a great job There was one piece missing from the fitting pack but it came a few days later and was fitted without me having to chase at all Great company great product Totally recommend them

Fantastic throughout the whole process

We had a set of fitted wardrobes in our master bedroom which look fantastic from beginning to end the whole company was helpful and professional James firstly helped us with our design and gave us the knowledge to pick the right wardrobes for us We then had Sam come to move sockets for us His work was very quick and clean and even tested the electrics to make sure they worked Finally we had Sebastian as our fitter who really took the time to put together a fantastic set of wardrobes Sebastian insisted on staying later in the day to complete the work to the highest standard It was also really nice to see someone so happy to work on their project James Sam and Sebastian were all positive helpful and professional and really made us feel comfortable with the company and their work

Beyond thrilled with the finished unit

James was amazing at interpreting my ideas from photos and screen shots in Pinterest and always happy to come up with alternative finishes and materials to bring the project in on budget We are beyond thrilled with the finished project particularly the massive lounge unit and now have so much storage I even have a couple of empty cupboards The fitters including the electrician were a pleasure to have in our home and we couldn t recommend this company more highly Thank you x

An Excellent Company

I am very pleased with all the work done by Complete in my new home The worked stretched over four rooms and everything from the initial plan and quotation done by James through to the fitting as well as my dealings with their accounts department has been smooth and efficient In each project the delivery and fitting was actually done quicker than the initial time estimate which is a refreshing change compared to other work I ve had done

CFF is a family business with a wealth of knowledge and experience The whole team are friendly and approachable and enabled us to achieve a superbly fitted set of wardrobes The design and construction was seamlessly executed

Really pleased with bedroom units

Excellent experience from start to finish - Nick in the showroom was very knowledgeable and easy to work with in designing and choosing the units wardrobes drawers and bedside tables and the team that showed up on the day to install were efficient tidy and did a really good job We re glad we chose them for the quality of product completely stress-free experience and overall service Would recommend Thank you
