Friday the 13th lived up to it s reputation Less than a week before fitting and a day after Mirror Image removed our old wardrobes I received a call on that dreaded day from Marcus the Managing Director There was a problem with our choice of colour for the interior as the delightful COVID-19 was causing chaos with distribution Would we like another colour We were asked Err no Not at all Needless to say you think you know where the rest of this review is going Well you d be wrong Faced with an impossible dilemma Mirror Image still delivered They pulled out all of the stops to get us the product we had requested During this mini-crisis they kept us constantly updated- communication was flawless The wardrobes look amazing and we are very very pleased Thanks to Chris our designer Aaron the fitter and of course Marcus who saved the day

Excellent service right from the very beginning Showroom very nice with friendly helpful staff Next step was the home visit from Vicky who was very helpful and knowledgeable We were then contacted with a fitting date which they stuck to and kept us informed of this Fitters turned up on the day on time The pair of them were amazing Very nice couple of lads and a credit to the company Can t sing their praise enough they did a superb job

Extremely happy with our two fitted wardrobes Aaron did a fantastic and perfect job- a real craftsman Only sorry we had to wait for the installation but that is the price one has to pay for quality Highly recommend

Fantastic service and beautiful wardrobes After a couple of terrible experiences with Sharps Furniture and Hammond s in Norwich neither seemed to actively want our business and never even delivered plans - a close escape as it now turns out Mirror Image came to the rescue The service we experienced from the arrangement of the initial appointment to the design appointment with Marcus the followup pricing and arrangement of the fitting the timely emails and discussions prior to the fitting to the 2 days of fitting by Harry was faultless The company did what they said they would do when they said they would do it for the price agreed Everyone we encountered was good at what they did And the wardrobes are just gorgeous Everything we wanted them to be We cannot rate this company highly enough

Cannot fault the service we received from Mirror Image from showroom staff to management I have to say our fitter Adam was absolutely brilliant when he came to dismantle existing wardrobes he discovered problems with the design but sorted out calmly and together with Marcus ensured we were happy with changes On installation day Adam worked extremely hard and we are absolutely thrilled with the result During these extremely difficult times the company have made sure we were kept up to date and worked in a professional and safe manner A big Thankyou to you all in particular Adam you were brilliant

Our second new fitted bedroom

Our second new fitted bedroom through Mirror Image on the basis that the first one about 15 years ago in our previous house was excellent Once again efficiently fitted and looks lovely

5star quality workmanship Jonathon the fitter 1st rate young man

Had a wardrobe fitted by Jonathon in our home in Horning He arrived with a smile 08 30 left at 18 30 He never stopped his workmanship was excellent He worked by himself on one of the hottest days of the month The wardrobe is solid it will not move one millimetre It shows you only get what you pay for We are so pleased with the work and workmanship absolutely first rate You can understand why they always get a 5 star rating I would have no hesitation in recommending this company Great showroom with extremely helpful staff Great work from start to finish

Excellent quality and service

We had 2 bedrooms fitted and are extremely pleased with all aspects of the service from showroom staff bedroom designer and then finally Aaron the fitter Nothing was too much trouble I would highly recommend this company
