I ordered a dining room chair which was promptly delivered two days after order placed and had the best most secure packaging I have experienced from any retailer More often than not items arrive in defective packaging with the uncertainty until opened of whether the item inside has also been damaged But not in this case as the item had been expertly packaged to carefully protect it within the large box therefore avoiding unnecessary time and stress in contacting the retailer What is more all the packaging is recyclable I purchased the item from the Conran Shop due to their competitive pricing and been a know and trusted retailer
