Worst customer service I ve ever seen
This company has THE worst customer service that I ve ever encountered I ordered from them for the first time after hearing so many good things about them and was entirely underwhelmed by the order I received The cookies were flat the flavors were all mixed together and they were just plain boring cookies Like exactly what you d buy in the refrigerated section at Walmart Anyway I had to email them THREE times requesting to get refunded on their subscription service I foolishly purchased thinking I d ever buy their product again before they finally responded and they didn t even refund the full amount of the subscription What a joke of a company I have no idea how they re so popular with such a subpar product

Tiff s cookies are EXCELLENT
I have ordered from here multiple times multiple locations Deliveries are great and on time But what good are deliveries if the product is crap Useless Tiff s cookies are EXCELLENT They make the delivery look like the weak point in the whole deal Large fresh warm delicious cookies Everyone who received them from my dr office to my sister-in-law loves them I won t order from anyone else

I was sent 2 dozen mixed cookies from Tiff s Treats as a gift from a friend and all I can say is wow They arrived in a cute box with a bow and a card and a small happy smile yellow balloon The box was warm The cookies were fresh out of the oven They were a mix of chocolate chip and snickerdoodle and all kinds and I ate until I couldn t eat any more The delivery driver was really nice as well He had a smile on his face as if he was just as happy to deliver them to see the smile on my face It s very cold outside and these fresh warm cookies did the trick It s as if I baked them myself but without having to do all of the work I am very impressed
