Its a garbage software i used the messages backup backs up about 5 and stops

didn t work at allI couldn t open the heic file so for me was bad and a waste of time

After paying for it and downloading I could not get it to open and run What a waste of time

The photos on my phone have the direction HEIC I need JPG and it s not werking I want too make the picture from HEIC too JPG HOW I CAN DO THAT

Bad and dated software and really bad customer support Company does illegal practices No refund was given while the following reasoning was provided I think it is very self explanatory According to Article VI 97 of the Belgian Economic Law Code Wetboek Economisch Recht a sale may be rescinded if there is incorrect information and therefore untruths on the purchase website Even if the information is factually correct if the information is capable of misleading or deceiving the average consumer about the main features and functionalities of the product such a commercial practice is prohibited Article VI 97 1 WER Whit the following statement made by CopyTrans Downloads and deletes all content from the iCloud Photo Library in one click unlike the inconvenient existing solutions - source copytrans websiteI was clearly deceived as a customer that this service gives an ADDITIONAL possibility to my existing possibilities to download my pictures from the icloud com website On icloud I can also download my photos in 1 click So the phrase in one click unlike the inconvenient existing solutions is not true Yet this was precisely the essential and only reason for me to purchase the program

As a user who recently purchased CopyTrans Suite I unfortunately cannot recommend this product Despite purchasing it with the intention of transferring my iCloud photos to Google Photos the software did not work as advertised Instead of merging live photos into motion photos it created separate picture and video files for each live photo which was a frustrating and time-consuming issue To make matters worse when I attempted to return the product due to its failure to meet my needs I was informed that the 30-day return policy only applies to unused products This policy is not only unreasonable but it also hinders the ability for customers to properly test the software before making a final decision In short while CopyTrans Suite may work for some users it did not work for me and the company s restrictive return policy leaves much to be desired I would advise other potential buyers to be cautious and do their research before purchasing this product

I purchased copytrans shelbee just over a week ago to do a selective restoration from an iphone 12 backup to an iphone 14 for my wife I had primarily chosen copytrans because of their overwhelmingly positive reviews However the software did NOT work as advertised It only managed to copy my messages but failed to copy everything else contacts whatsapp photos etc The backup was not corrupted and did contain valid data as CopyTrans Backup Extractor could access and quantify the data e g 407 contacts I provided their customer service with plenty of logs and screenshots and made it clear to them I had effectively purchased software that was not fit for purpose and that if an estimated date of fix could not be provided then I was within my rights to expect a refund However Copytrans failed to give me a date and refused to give me a refund constantly citing their refund policy They basically told me that I would have to wait indefinitely to see if they could fix the issue before I d be given a refund I was not willing to wait indefinitely I have now raised a transaction dispute with my bank with the hopes of getting my money back It s all a shame really because I really did like the easy to use UI and would ve recommended the software had it worked Overall not happy at all
