great help
I had trouble downloading an app that does not save data to cloud Not only did Imazing do a great job they had great instructions which I messed up reading lol So when I contacted their support team great job of following up and helping as well

Excellent Software
I have found the software to be extremely useful for providing court accepted evidence of text messages in a civil case During the process I had a blue screen failure and could not delete my license from the old operating system The company quickly switched my license to the replacement OS on the same hardware

iMazing license issue
I had an issue with the iMazing license after I had to reinstall Windows I contacted the company via email explaining the situation and they rectified the issue with a couple of hours of me sending the email I ve dealt with a number of corporate companies in my professional career that would do well to take lessons from iMazing in how to deal with customer issues Excellent service

I upgraded my computer from Apple Intel
I upgraded my computer from Apple Intel to Apple Silicon M3 In there process I did not de couple my iMazing app In starting up the new computer I was notified that I must do that in order to initialize the iMazing app on the new computer I sent an email to support asking for help and they immediately responded by re-authorizing their app on my new computer Excellent highly responsive service
