I don t understand what happened I downloaded Copy Trans several times and ran the exe file on my Windows 10 computer Even though it is listed on the Settings App tab it is nowhere to be found in the computer I look for it where the Apps are usually to be found off the Microsoft Flag at the bottom left corner of the Interface and it is not there There s no links to it on my desktop and nothing on my tool bar How do I access it

CopyTrans Photo is the worst thing I ever bought It takes a really long time to transfer photos At first i tried 2500 photos then it take hours So I cancelled the progress Then I tried 22 photos for now it takes 10-15mins That s no difference to I manually transferred the photos It supposed to be quick and easy How long would it take to transfer 18000 photos I tried other program trial its way faster than the CopyTrans Yet they dont refund it

I got the link and downloaded the software and it appeared to give me the option to convert files but as far as I can tell that didn t work I couldn t find any converted files The instructions on the website weren t helpful I found another way to convert my files

I am unable to copy my complete music from my ipod classic as it always says some tracks already copied even to an empty folder Copytrans cant find the cause not happ at all

FINALLY figured out HOW to go through all the steps even though those steps weren t available on my PC then after photos were changed to JPG couldn t drag or send to desktop OR get into software for use What a mess NOT interested in using it again

Purchased CopyTrans to restore iTunes library from iPod It almost immediately stopped claimed there was a corruption problem that was not evident from typical iPod use communication with computer or defragging process prior to their software use It then suggested even more software purchases from them to solve the issue s that they seemed to cause All that was missing was some tough looking guy saying You got a nice music device here It would be a shame if anything were to happen to it Following all this was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced Their customer service people have only the most basic and obvious suggestions for fixing anything Then when those suggestions fail as anyone would expect them to they ignore any requests for refunds with a Well that s just how things go attitude Infuriating

Copytrans failed to correctly upload all of my images videos and the ones uploaded where all in random orders despite me ordering them and being able to manually upload them I reached out to the customer service with them only responding to me saying the log shows some files have been sent over They completely ignored my issue with the software and did not attempt to help me despite several emails Awful customer service and dodgy software pay and use at your own risk

Deleted my playlists and mixed up all of my album artwork Customer service said it was a new bug that couldn t be fixed yet there s posts online from 2008 of people complaining of the same thing Don t use it s not worth it

i spent two hours trying to get this program up and running to save texts from an iphone I followed the videos restarts drivers install and uninstall then reinstall restart different USB ports and cable nothing worked My computer recognizes my phone but this program does not i used the latest links and drivers available through their website last night 2 2 23 The only way I could have gotten the wrong drivers is if their website is out of date

Purchased CopyTrans Shelbee in an attempt to save the IPA files from my iPhone they were older versions of an app that had received major negative changes The product page claimed to back up the apps along with their data to the local machine but the feature was locked behind a paywall despite the software being free to try So after the purchase the software simply downloaded the most recent version of the IPA directly from the App Store rather than pulling the IPA off the phone or even just making an attempt to download that specific version from the app store which I found out after this ordeal is possible via URL interception and simply replacing the build number Their refund process does not cover such sneaky wording and they refused to refund the software that was functionally useless to me Never do business with this shady company there s always another way
