The software downloaded easily onto my PC with Windows 10 and without any PC functional problems It converted the HEIC file to Jpeg as advertised The software was free and no obligation

Used CopyTrans Photo to manage photos videos between PC and Iphone Worked like a charm UI is a bit too old school thoughextra 1 for having a free demo version with 50 transfers limit which is more than enough to test the app

I had a one-time need to convert vacation pictures that had been shot in HEIC format on my daughter s iPhone This tool was easy to use once I read the simple directions and solved my dilemma

Since no icon appeared on my desktop after installation I gave up looking for program Then today I wanted to get a picture in one of my files copied so I right-clicked and of all things at top there it was CopyTrans listed to change to jpeg Amazing and so simple to use Thanks for a great program

solved my problem

I am far from computer literate and so was very pleased that I was able to download the software and get it working right away It solved the incompatibility I was having with photos copied from my Iphone not working on my laptop

Good results 50-70 files at a time

Used CopyTrans to go from HEIC to JPG on photo files downloaded from iCloud CopyTrans worked very well once I figured out not to try to do too many files at once I selected 50 to 70 HEIC s for conversion at a time i7-7700 processor files on HDD and got good results

I Was Worried it Was Going to be a Scam

I reluctantly paid 20 for the full version of this software because every other similar software was charging around 60 for the same features When I first paid I started thinking that I had been scammed as it was spinning for ages while it was generating a activation code Eventually I got the code and attempted to restore my backup I ran into several issues which made me further think it was a scam to the point where I would ve contacted my credit card bank to refund the purchase however I managed to get it to work successfully and I am so glad for this software

Terrific experience My granddaughter sent photos of her trip taken with her iPhone to me by text I downloaded them to my PC to make a few prints Each one was blurry After I downloaded your program and followed the very simple steps to convert to JPEGs I have clear beautiful photos Thank you for your program and for making it free for home use 10 stars
