Lovely Quality
The service was excellent from start to finish The salesman went through the different quality and priced carpets He was very knowledgeable and wasn t pushy at all We took a couple of books home to look at how it would look in the room A few days later room was measured and was quoted the very next day We ordered our carpet and was given a date and a rough estimate of when the carpet will be fitted The fitters were careful and hard working Tidying up after themselves We were more than happy with the whole experience from start to finish Highly recommend

The prompt delivery of carpet samples
Primo Ultra fantastic carpet been down just over 2 years no wearing or flattening brilliant for cleaning We have 3 dogs who have thrown everything they have at the carpet cleans up time after time we have cleaned it with bleach aswell and it really works We got two prices one from a multi national company retail park and one from a local family business careful to make sure we were pricing the exact same carpet and underlay we found out along the way that the big name multi nationals change the individual carpet names apparently so they can t be price matched We worked out the Primo Ultra name at the National company and the name of the underlay we wanted After we got the two prices on the same carpet and underlay we bought from our local independent family business WE SAVED A FORTUNE and the service was amazing
