From start to finish Morgan and Quinn have done exactly what they said and within the timescale provided Ordered 8 packs of Karndene flooring off the website Email sent with delivery date and the delivery arrived exactly on time I was helped in with the delivery by a very helpful driver who s name I unfortunately didn t get 10 out of 10 service I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family

Good quality carpet and attentive service

M Q were recommended to us by our daughter and her partner who had used them to supply carpet for their whole house We therefore had no qualms about buying carpet and underlay and employing a fitter separately rather than using one of the big retailers for the whole package as we have before However we were still delighted by the ease of ordering and the efficiency of the service as well as the quality of the carpet Mel followed up our initial enquiry with politeness and professionalism

Great company to buy from

Mel is really efficient and I saved about 1800 by going direct and finding a check a trade carpet fitter locally Mel arranged for the carpet to be cut to the size appropriate for each room so it made it easy for my fitter Delivery was super easy although do check about off loading as luckily our painters were there otherwise not sure how the delivery man would have got them into the house
