The whole experience was stress free

The whole experience was stress free once I got talking to a staff member the 1hr 10 mins on hold was not a great experience thus needs to be looked at Staff were excellent once I got through Could you even advise where you are on the queue so you know whether you have time to keep holding on

Helpful call staff

The form on the website was a bit tricky at times though I wonder was this because I was on my phone It wasn t clear to me until the letter came that I needed to forward any documents Robert and Cormac were both very understanding when I called about this and I hope to have it cleared up quickly

I dealt with a very personable and efficient agent when I rang Cornmarket after having received an email offering a quote on my car insurance renewal I felt the quote I got was reasonable and affordable The rest of the process was smooth and easy I regret that I cannot remember the agent s first name To me this kind of service is invaluable Thank you Cornmarket

Friendly staff who are not too pushy in their sales pitch I was looking for a car insurance renewal quote Prices quoted were very competitive and the policy cover was very tempting My old broker dropped the renewal price when I rang to query NCD details Cornmarket were only 60 80 euro off the new quote I will definitely be looking for a quote next year from Cornmarket

The scanner used by Irish Life Health

The scanner used by Irish Life Health for end-of-year Claims is too sensitive and rejects claims where a doctor may have crossed over a date because he wrote the wrong date initially Ideally there should be human intervention Secondly I posted a second claims letter dated 3rd June 2023 - Irish Life telephone agent said it was received on 7th July and a delay with An Post - Obviously I have not enquired about An Post s view on this Could it be a difficulty within ILH Otherwise no complaints as outstanding claims were paid on 18th July 2023 PS I thought I was responding to a Cornmarket request to complete a survey regarding Irish Life Health as their agent My mistake so kindly remove if not appropriate That s if anyone has read this PPS I rarely give a 5

Advisor was good and not too pushy with options Delay in getting policy set up but that was on the Life Company side technical issues with getting access to a form then documents Medical check by a nurse calling to my home was a waste of time and money I could have told any lies checks were not done as I believe they should have been
