I had difficulty having motor insurance cert issued A clarification arose concerning the cover period which as far as I am concerned should not have had any bearing on the delay of issuing the cert This issue arose 5 days after the date being queried

Service delay difference in quotations

Very fast to book my holiday on line great helpful methods of paying for it making it affordable for families variety of airports to fly out of Ireland and into I have recommended this to other friends

Started Well but finish not so good

See previous post I contacted Cornmarket re process of repairing replacing my car windscreen which has a stone chip mark NCT cert will not be given to me until this is resolved Process of contacting Cornmarket All Glass took numerous phone calls hours of my time during many days local garage reported that many of their customers have similar processed within a few hours on same day Apparently the delay was for HQ to approve my claim I wonder why I pay a hefty annual premium for such a poor service- definitely not encouraging me to renew in a few weeks Ironically Cornmarket were fast to contact me re renewal especially when I submitted an online quotation form - that s another bone of contention the quote I was given was below the quote received by phone

Cheque returned

First online meeting was very good Most items covered and set up was good BUT thereafter went downhill Firstly the docs I received were for someone else Then when the correct docs arrived they stated deductions were from Payroll not correct Important when it comes to claiming tax from Revenue A few phone calls and a text to original agent went unanswered So aftercare needs improvement and so does documentation

No insurance cert 4 weeks after paying

I changed car in January the salesperson made the necessary phone call For me meant I avoided the all our lines are busy I was delighted to hear that I was going to get a refund of 70 The cheque arrived fairly promptly and I lodged it However I subsequently got a call telling me it was returned from the bank I m just disappointed Dolores Francis

Still havent received my insurance cert 4 weeks after paying for my insurance I forwarded on my renewal pack from my previous insurance company and Cornmarket wouldn t accept my no claims bonus cert Previous insurance company are adamant its sufficient as a no claims bonus cert As a customer I m lost where to go now

Lack of clarity on premium increases

As I already mentioned for the last few weeks try to sort out my AVC as I took early retirement I was waiting for emails post and nothing Until the last call I had with your company when I was told I think I spoke with Cliona she told me she will organize a video call with a consultant on Tuesday the 10th of May I hope it will happen only for her I rate you 3 stars otherwise it will be probably only 1 Thank you for reading my message
