Excellent instore cusyomer service

I bought a pair of Scarpa walking boots in May 2022 but by August the following year the Gortex was letting in water and the outer soles were delaminating I took them into Cotswold Outdoor store in Ambleside not expecting much after fifteen months of use but I was over the moon at how helpful the Assistant Manager Simon was He accepted the return and issued a full credit note I bought a different pair in store and got excellent advice in my choice I couldn t be happier and top marks for Simon and the Ambleside store

Very helpful sales staff

Went in to look at fleeces in the Grasmere branch fully expecting to not buy as I am usually a cheapskate I questioned whether the price premium charges by Rab was worth it and Hazel who was dealing with me explained very clearly about the company buying approach only buying fabrics which perform in the real world not fashion statements She did not give a heavy sell and we left only to return a bit later and purchase as I now felt I could justify the cost She really took her time and I would like to thank her

My partner and I had a very pleasant experience shopping at the Orpington Cotswold store We had both booked a gait analysis in the hope of buying some new running trainers Holly who assisted us was wonderful Holly performed our gait analysis and then guided us with clear honest advice and feedback across a vast range of different shoes From start to finish Holly could not have been more helpful Holly s general demeanour and customer service was excellent and very friendly Thank you Holly

I had my gait analysis done today by the lovely Ben and I have to say he was so incredibly helpful He has so much knowledge to share to help you understand your running trainer needs The whole process was so interesting and fun He got out so many options for me to try and he was so patient when I was being indecisive I came back later in the day to buy the pair that he had recommended Thank you so much Ben and the rest of the team for making my experience so positive The team are just so great I can t wait to see you all soon when I come to choose my trail shoes
