I have been renting out a property through this agency for a while now and they are amazing Great customer service superb communication throughout the whole renting period Any issues that we had with the property i e issue with boiler or broken tap in a bathroom were dealt with almost immediately Sean has been our main point of contact at Cousins and he was always very professional and super helpful Literally the best estate agency I have ever dealt with and I can highly recommend Keep up the good work

Excellent and friendly advice and help Cousins know the area very well and are straightforward and clear They are professionals on both sales and renting I have used them for both and know both the law and what is good practice They have a network of people able to fix problems at very reasonable cost which gives landlords peace of mind Buyers and sellers will get a fair price I would recommend them highly
