I was not planning on changing plans but after I talked with your agent Thomas Ness he was very helpful and easy to understand He spent time on getting the answers that I needed and had a pleasant personality He was following what I was looking for my insurance coverage and I had questions and he investigated even though sometimes we because he included me in some of the calls to find what I was looking for He got the job done and I was happy with this plan offered I will pass on my good experience with others
