Don t use Coversure

We had been with Coversure for around twelve years When we needed detail about if we could make a claim they were in a word useless They just told us to contact the insurance company As we were paying them as a broker they should have sorted this out on our behalf In a nut shell they not worth dealing with go to NFU as they were cheaper and this year believe it or not our premium has gone down with Coversure it just went up and up for doing nothing

Coversure Insurance is Designed to Sell you Policies that will definitely destroy your life I first bought insurance policies with good honest faith during my 03 years of insurance policies there was absolutely nothing to worry about except I paid nearly 30 000 00 For the policies R I P Off When I made a claim the policies Did NOT pay as I was held to account that I a very small vulnerable customer should have Hacked into their computers to correct the Deliberate Errors that was in their systems In total I made a complete loss of 50 000 00 Ouch

Coversure East

After reading these reviews I checked my parents insurance and they are covered by Coversure who was in Thurrock who are now Coversure East I have checked their renewal invitations for this year and have noticed that Coversure have not included how much Fees they charged last year So after calculating and checking last years renewal it seems Coversure charged 350 fees on each policy So I have gone online and taken both policies and we will not be renewing any of our property policies with Coversure East

Coversure contacted me at my request to discuss business insurance that I wished to sort for my sons business All details were taken with a promise to come up with a suitable proposition but four weeks later they have not responded As they did not give me a contact number it s time to go elsewhere

Incompetent time wasters

Wasted months trying to get a quote Not joking I tried to get a quote three times with different people and branches They don t call back disappear don t provide quotes continue providing inaccurate quotes Ridiculous unprofessional just don t bother

After being with them for 7 months they are asking to pay 2000extra for company s fleet insurance and threatening to cancel our policy with them as they have made a mistake in their own system or copied policy from the previous year as it appears not even checking our new details which they took over the phone Plus calls are recorded and they had our new details new address They do not admit their mistake and trying to rob our company We have received the correct documentation while they had an incorrect information in their system This is their fault and not ours What to do next
