Not worth the cost
I wrote a review on here but it got taken down I bought the serenity top and scrunch shorts Sizes run small and quality is rubbish I could have spent less elsewhere and got better quality Save your coins not worth it

All in all NOT WORTH IT
Cheap and shoddy material for extortionate prices I made a bulk purchase and ALL items bar the ribbed ones have drastically bobbled all over the entire garments after only 1 gentle and cold wash -as per instructions My purchase had different drops in so 1 line cannot be blamed and having read other reviews here and spoken to friends this is seemingly the usual for csb Instead of concentrating on social media- perhaps turn your attention to garment quality Customer service are rude arrogant and very self-assured I did consider this was possibly simply their manner in AUS but I think it s just how these people are at this brand Again seems others have experienced the same with them As a Brit and within the fitness industry and fitness promotional industry please trust me when I say that there are more reliable brands much nearer to home With clothes that last staff that are polite and minus the aggro of delayed postage delayed dispatch It really sickens me to see people ripped off especially when there s a cost of living crisis Many of my friends and promotional colleagues have also tried this brand we share stories often and we all have had the same experience both with the items and with the customer service who are shockingly different on their responses on here fyi Nearly all of us have donated the items to charity gave to the homeless shelters or use for heavy duty home maintenance ie bleach cleaning and gardening in after the first wash the items are near knackered anyway All-in-all not worth it Additional CSB have tried to have this review removed As I proved proof of purchase this has not been the case -Does raise the question how many other honest reviews have actually been taken down I also note their generic response to all reviewers According to it we all bought the same line and range- this is inaccurate and reflective of their excuse driven customer service team

Customer service - RUDEProducts - OVERPRICEDBrand - STANDARD Items aren t advertised in the UK just yet Infact Europe haven t remotely been a consideration until recently when customers have complained about the segregation Customer service are rude arrogant reflective of the company owner and hide behind we re a young company as their excuse for everything They are antagonistic and arrogant enough to refuse to acknowledge any fault on their part When at fault successful companies and brands offer good-will gestures to put right their short fallings and to keep the custom - not CSB They refuse to accept any fault at all How perfect they are as a young company eyeroll Quality of products is sub-standard After the FIRST cold and careful wash the items start tremendously bobbling all over I have some cheaper oh polly items over 5yrs old and they haven t bobbled yet Designs are bog standard and every brand is currently using the same shapes and designs- often with better quality fabric Considering this - items are significantly over priced I like most bought from Izabelle wearing items that look phenomenal on her and her personal likability something Rachel needs to take a leaf and mirror but all in all- very disappointing CSB tried to have my comment removed rendering it necessary for me to provide proof of purchase I can confirm that I did not purchase the fade products as suggested below however have experienced severe bobbling on all items bought Those in Europe for now there are better brands closer to home

Worst activewear ever Absolutely worst quality - plastic cheap and smells so bad The second you take a step the the shorts ride up the sweat comes through and the activewear smells like plastic This is another influencer scam

I have purchased from them 9 days ago i have chased up several times customer service about my parcel but as i see there s no update notification or anything On the day 3rd they ask me to send my payment proof Again on the day 3rd i have sent that details snd they have confirmed my order will dispatch in 24 hours 6 days later i still haven t received anything and send several emails to chaise it but there was no reply I have sent last email a minute ago to cancel my order I hope they send refunds faster than their clothes I am really disappointed with this order Order now from that company if you want to wear their clothes next year or never

Badly run company
Their sizing charts are completely off Me size au6 is recommended a small have to return that as it s too small get a medium but return that and end up with a size large Everytime you return something you lose 10 or so of the monetary value and have to pay extra They refuse to refund even when items are faulty Customer service takes 5 working days to get back to youYou can tell their reviews are fake as everyone loves their items but everyone I know who has purchased has had a bad experience Super cute designs it s actually a shame they run the company like this

Received dirty
CSB sent me dirty clothes one of which had dye settled into the creases I notified customer service who said they didn t consider this faulty as it can be washed gross edit I was offered a 25 refund to accept the dirty clothes each item was over 70 The company is fully aware that they are sending out dirty clothing They remove any negative reviews on their website I have not experienced dye settling into clothes from any other brand

The tailoring is terrible
The tailoring is terrible and the fabric quality is very poor The fabric is super thin it s awful Another brand with top-notch marketing but low-quality products Unfortunately I can t respond to your answer to my review so I am editing my review in response you never tried to reach me and FYI if I didn t return my order it s because my sister cut all the paper and obviously I couldn t return it in this situation Anyway It s pretty bad to lie about your action just to make people think you customer service are fair

I had recently placed my first order on this website for an order of 141- to my surprise a received an email from DPD asking me to pay a fee of 76 for customs charges I completely understand if these fees are out of control of the company as advised by customer services but the company issuing their customers information about this on their payment page is within their control and should be made abundtantly clear before the customer hits pay as we all know we very rarely read through the terms and conditions and I m sure the company are very aware of this too What an absolute scam
