Coffee didn t turn up Email to the guys and new coffee sent out 1st class with an email to apologise despite it being the fault of the courier You can judge a company on its response to problems and that is why Crown and Canvas get 5 Had their coffee many times and always offers good value and quality in a competitive market

Coffee no show

I ordered 2 bags of coffee on Dec 1 For Christmas No shipping notification but as delivery was 12 95 I assumed it would be a tracked courier When it still hadn t arrived I contacted them by email to be told it couldn t be tracked and must be caught up in ferry problem that happened 2 weeks ago To basically wait Still no sign of it
