One replacement window and one reglazed window
Clear and easy communications via phone and email right from the start Replacement window was installed within a few weeks of agreeing the contract I m very happy with the installation Reglazed window took several attempts to organise as its dealt with by a different dept within CR Smith from window installations However all the CR Smith team were helpful and friendly at all times

We would like to say a huge thank you to the whole team especially Richard Alderson Sales Executive and to the installation team Dylan Kieran and Raymond you all went above and beyond We are delighted with our new windows and doors the quality is fantastic Not only is the product very good but the knowledge and skill of each of the team really was excellent Knowing that now only the windows are new but the parts you don t see e g timber framing give us confidence that the windows will last for years to come It has transformed our house Thank you so much

Great service
Firstly Jason came out and had a look to see what was wrong with our front door sent us an estimate which we were happy with then Wayne came out to fix it He was punctual polite and did a good job The door was originally fitted by another company who were not interested in repairing it so glad I contacted CR Smith
