The worst at handling the issues They will waste your time money and nerve cells Avoid at any cost Call centers are always busy at any time AI-powered chatbots will guide you around so you ll feel like you re walking in circles Old chat bot will show you the same not working points of contact Emails will be rejected with the error code 550 WhatsUp will have the same AI-powered chatbot that will say you Hi we vaporized all the humans in this company actually they didn t say that but they ll left you with this feeling UPDATE they contacted me and solved the issue after I left the review under their HQ in Lisbon on Google Maps

Give credit where it is dueI looked at my reviews yesterday on Trustpilot and realised they were all based on bad service so I started to think about the good service I received As most of my bad reviews are associated with delivery companies I gave thought to who did I receive the best service from Against all the odds of the negative reviews on the site CTT-Post Office of Portugal is one of the best I would like to give a big shout out for the parcel deliveries we consistently have two or three different drivers all who always have smiles and will telephone me if they get no response to the doorbell to ask what I want them to do with the delivery The post man on his motorbike always cheerful and pips his horn and waits for a response to his letter deliveries The staff in out small local post office yet again very helpful and always polite with a smile The same goes for the staff in the main busy post office in the town So please take a big pat on the back and a thank you from me for a very good service

I ordered an item through Belenik com they appear to use CTT The tracking service hasn t given any details beyond acceptance in weeks Sure it s cheaper than DHL but I don t even know if I ll ever see the item I purchased ADDIT- Received parcel it was delayed 28 day delivery time

I ordered an item online but had a few issues with the delivery because a middle company decided re-label the package but not copy the whole address Thank you to the CTT mailman that noticed it and lifted the bad label to read the original Great service
